Shipping and Delivery

To Spain and Portugal

There is a flat delivery rate of 5.90€ for deliveries to Spain Mainland and Portugal, 14.90€ for deliveries to the Balearic Islands and 29.90€ for deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

Please note that for the delivery of furniture to the Balearic or Canary Islands, the above rates do not apply and this will be quoted for separately via email depending on the size and weight of the item(s).

We offer Free Shipping on the following conditions: 

• For Spain mainland and Portugal: Free Shipping for all orders over 100€
• For Balearic Islands, Canary Islands and EEC: Free Shipping is unfortunately no available. However the customs expenses will not be included.
• You can also chose to pick up from our store located at Calle Madrid 1, 43870 Amposta (Tarragona), Spain, in this case no shipping costs will be charged regardless of the size of the parcel.

To all other countries

The shipping cost to all countries outside of Spain and Portugal will be specified when finalizing your order depending on your delivery country and weight of shipment.

Delivery timeframes

The estimated delivery timeframe will always be specified in each product tab and again when finalizing your order.

To Spain

If the product is currently in stock in our warehouse, the estimated delivery timeframe is between 1 to 2 working days depending on the delivery address.

If the product is not currently in stock in our warehouse, the estimated delivery timeframe will always be specified in each product tab and again when finalizing your order. This varies depending on the brand.

To Europe

If the product is currently in stock in our warehouse, the estimated delivery timeframe varies from 4 to 8 working days depending on the delivery address.

If the product is not currently in stock in our warehouse, the estimated delivery timeframe will always be specified in each product tab and again when finalizing your order. This varies depending on the brand.

To all other countries

Please get in touch with us specifying the product(s) that you are interested in so that we can confirm the delivery timeframe to your country.

Shipments of Furniture and other Bulky Items

The deliveries of furniture or other bulky item(s) are to street level. The above rates do not include delivery to other floors. It is highly recommended that you make sure that 2 to 3 people are available upon delivery to bring the items to an higher floor as the carrier will only deposit furniture and bulky item(s) at street level.

If you wish, you can pay a supplement to include a special delivery service to a higher floor. This supplement is paid in full directly to the transport company. Please contact our Customer Services team for further information. 

Upon receipt of the furniture or other bulky item(s), you must immediately check that the packaging is in good condition and, if any anomaly is detected, make a note on the delivery note as well as taking a photograph. Please contact our Customer Services team sending the delivery details and photograph. 

If in doubt, simply write "PENDING EXAMINATION" next to your signature on the delivery note.
